We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from Wone. We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the date that you received your order. Please use the directions below to ensure that your item(s) to return or exchange are shipped back within this 30 day window. Item(s) must be returned unworn in their original condition. If your product fails to perform due to a material or manufacturing error, we will replace it.
You won’t find an exchange or return slip with your original order. Please initiate a return or exchange using these simple steps:

2. Include the reason for your return or exchange
3. Use the FedEx return shipping label Wone will provide to you
4. Deliver package to a convenient FedEx drop-off location
Shipping is complimentary on all returns and exchanges within the US. Clients outside the US are responsible for the cost of shipping, taxes and duties.
Some extra shipping tips:
For added security, make sure you get a tracking number and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
You are welcome to use another shipping carrier at your own expense.
Refunds and Exchanges
For returns, refunds will appear in your account 2-4 business days after your returned item(s) has been received. For exchanges, your new item(s) will arrive within 4-6 business days from when we receive your returned item(s).
