If for any reason you are not, simply return or exchange your product(s).
You won’t find an exchange or return slip with your original order. Please initiate a return or exchange using these simple steps:
- Navigate to your account’s Order History
- Request a return authorization and print
- Enclose the return form inside your shipment
- Attach the return label to the outside of your shipping box
- Deliver package to a convenient drop-off location.
Shipping is complimentary on all returns and exchanges within the US. Customers outside the US are responsible for some taxes and duties.
For returns, refunds will appear in your account 4-6 days after your returned item has been received.
Some extra shipping tips:
Please make sure if you’re shipping from outside of the US that you ship from your country’s local shipping carrier using standard shipping.
For added security, make sure you get a tracking number and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
